Michael and I are currently producing a record for our friend Sam DeArmond. go check him out@ www.myspace.com/samdearmond. Kenny is out on tour with Evan Taubenfeld and Metro Station, so if you are going to any of those dates be sure to tell him ‘Vas Up!’. We have some really cool shows we will be announcing pretty soon, and will have some exclusive ‘Tickets & Passports’ bonus tracks for you all very very soon.

crazy dream
just had a crazzzzzy dream last night. I was with the dudes on tour. When we are on the road Michael is usually the driver, he is a great driver, but every once in a while the van and trailer end up in a weird place..haha, but he manages to get us out of it. Anyways, in this dream it began with us playing a show up in pittsburgh, a crazy town to begin with. After we left, the van and trailer somehow ended up driving through a mall, where we decided to park at the food court and get some chick fil a (i know. crazy right? there are no chick fil a’s in pittsburgh). I ended up getting a milkshake and walked around the rest of the mall. After a little searching I came upon this store that somewhat resembled spencer gifts, but it was way weirder. So of course I decided to go in and see what was going on. Inside this place, you could pay 5 bucks and go in what seemed like this massive haunted house out back. So i did it, along with my good friend/merch dude ryan post and Kenny. We went through a few of the rooms (which were very trippy) and eventually started talking to some of the people who worked there. I was trying to understand what the whole point of this experience was, and they started telling me all these crazy government conspiracies. They told me about the contact that we have with other planets, and the fact that the moon is in reality 7 lightyears away from earth. They said everything you see on earth is not as it appears to be. I figured all of this was part of their haunted house, but it made me wonder. We hung out for a bit in this crazy haunted house, something scared the crap out of me (i forgot what it was) and we decided to bail. We got back to the food court, and one of the haunted house employees was at the johnny rockets eating some fries, so i went to go talk to him. we were talking, and all the sudden tons of crazy stuff started to happen in the food court, and i felt as though we were being chased! we jumped back in the van and bolted. as we were driving out of the mall, the leader of the crazy haunted house place stopped the van and came up to us all and said ‘nothing is as it seems’.
I sit here now awake, still semi wigged out, and am thinking hard about what this craziness means. What if the things we have come to accept on a daily basis, werent actually real. or werent entirely what we thought they were. crazy thing to think about…

Updates
Soooo yeah. I’ll be honest. I just haven’t been in the blogging sort of mood lately. Stuff has been real busy for the last week or so surrounding the album release (be sure to go check it out if you haven’t already), with friends coming into town, release shows, and everything of the sort, its been crazy around here. Great times though nonetheless.
I’ll be updating this bad boy alot more frequesntly in the coming weeks, and hopefully from the road as well. Can’t wait to get back out there and see some new and familiar faces again, its been wayyyy too long. See you all very very soon.

East Camp.
Tonight
Watching American Pie 2. I honestly liked this one so much when it came out. My friend Ryan Post and I snuck out one night and went with his older brother and his friends. we were like 14 and his brother was 19 (I think). That was a great night. His brother went on to be an actor and was just in that Adam Sandler movie that came out last year. Crazy how things work out.
We’ve been spending a good bit of time lately getting new songs ready to be played live. I’m really happy with how they are turning out. Nothing Personal sounds fantastic (btw thanks All Time Low, now everyone is going to think we ripped off another Fearless/hopeless Records pop-punk band), and so does Southern Skies. I think you guys are really going to like the new songs and the new sound the band is taking on. We are about to shake things up.
Sean William Scott is a cool dude. I mean…he was stiffler.

The Sorrow Suckers
Does anyone remember that song, ‘whoop, there it is’. Tag team used to be my favorite band when i was really young. Tag Team and MC Hammer were the center of my musical universe. It makes me happy to go back and think about from time to time.
Cartoons.
Rescue Rangers was always a good one, but I think Duck Tales was the best. Gizmo and launchpad were so badass. And scrooges pool of money looked like fun. Why am I talking about cartoons right now? ….new subject.
Forgetting Sarah Marshall was a great movie. I feel like I can relate to that one better than most of the Apatow films recently. Of course I will always be a fan of superbad. Jonah Hill is a hilarious dude.I love when the dude talks about sesame street and muppets. so good.
can ya dig?

Thank you rolling stone for making my afternoon the other day.
